高雄市一名劉姓男子因大樓地下室停車問題，與另名駕駛賓士車的劉姓男子時有摩擦，今年3月間賓士車主在兩人車位間擺放「請勿停車」告示牌，還裝上4排鐵釘形成「釘牆」，導致劉男下車時被鐵釘刺傷，劉男氣得提告，高雄地檢署今（11）日依傷害罪將賓士車主起訴。
《蘋果日報》報導，劉姓男子駕駛一台日產汽車，與駕駛賓士車的劉姓男子在大樓地下停車室的車位就在隔壁，由於賓士車主的車位一側緊靠牆壁，賓士車主遂透過管委會協調請劉男將車往旁邊停，劉男同意並照做後，賓士車主疑似要求他再把車停更過去，超出停車格，劉男拒絕後，兩人便屢有紛爭。
今年3月間，賓士車主將擺放在兩個車位之間的「請勿停車」告示牌加裝上4排鐵釘，導致劉男返家下車時，左小腿遭鐵釘刺傷，劉男憤而報警提告。
賓士車主則表示，鐵釘告示牌是放在自己的車位範圍裡，而他擁有該停車格的產權，劉男是因侵入他的車位才會受傷。
但檢方指出，一般人將車停妥下車時，若車位空間狹小，通常會使用兩輛車子之間的空間下車，而賓士車主在告示牌上加裝鐵釘，加上兩人之前曾因停車問題多有摩擦，可認定此舉就是針對日產車主劉男而來，因此仍依傷害罪嫌將賓士車主起訴。
